What's Wrong With Obamacare

Huckabee's Complete Blog post

Quote from Huckabee:
"I truly believe those people should be covered and can be covered by individual states creating pools that provide coverage for people in high-risk categories."

With Samaritan Ministries (our families "Insurance", which is allowed for as coverage under Obamacare) we have such a 'Pool' we fund and it at maximum can only cost us $75/month or $900 per year for the whole family. If you are a Christian home, then I recommend that you look into Samaritan Ministries. We have been very happy with them for 8 years now. I have info if you like.

Huckabee: Obama Treats Muslims Better Than Jews, Christians

Newsmax Link with video interview

Potential presidential candidate Mike Huckabee says he isn’t going to question President Barack Obama’s faith, but notes that “it certainly would be helpful if he would show a little love to the people that are unapologetically Christian.”

The former Arkansas governor, who was a GOP presidential candidate in 2008, also would like the president to attend a National Day of Prayer.

Story continues below.

Former Arkansas Gov Mike Huckabee says President Obama has not been overwhelmingly kind to Christians and Jews Although the 2008 presidential candidate says he doesnt question Obamas faith as others have he should do more to acknowledge religions besides Islam

Asked about Obama’s outreach to Muslims, Huckabee said during an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV: “I don’t mind him reaching out to Muslims as long as he’s reaching out to them in the same way that he’s reaching out to Christians or people who are Jewish. But what I’ve seen is that he has chastised the Jewish people for wanting to have neighborhoods for their children to grow up in. He’s certainly not been overwhelmingly kind to Christians who have a real conscience issue with things like abortion.”

Huckabee, who was in Washington to speak at the Values Voters Summit, said Republicans nationwide are keyed up for the midterms.

Asked where tea party support might land if he and Sarah Palin sought vied for the GOP nomination for 2012, Huckabee demurred, saying: “Well, you’ve asked me to go from being a politician to a prophet and I’m not one so I’m not even venturing there to make that prediction.”

The Values Voter Summit, which began Thursday and ends Sunday morning, is the fifth annual such gathering of conservative activists and politicians. Sponsors include the legislative arm of the Family Research Council, the legislative wing of the American Family Association, and the Heritage Foundation, among others.

Huckabee on Ronald Reagan

I was reminded of one of my Favorite moments in the previous Presidential campaign.

A TRUE REAGAN CONSERVATIVE!!!!

Mike Huckabees' life shows what a reagan conservative looks like.

A. He wanted to improve the education and the roads in arkansas. Taxes was raised to achieve that goal. Education system in arkansas went from the worst state in the nation at #48th to a near best #8th state in the nation. His great achivement of education is the reason why he was endorse by the NEA. Roads went from the worst roads in the nation to the most improve roads in the nation when he left office in 2006.

B. He ask corporate executives (executives from walmart, homedepot, etc)in his state to evaluate the arkansas government for improvements and they did. The corporate executives help Mike Huckabee to streamline the arkansas government. Now just about everything that has to do with the arkansas government can be done online over the internet.

C. During the tragedy of Katrina, Mike Huckabee did not wait for the federal government. He quickly help to organized the churches and other organization to help as many as 75,000 katrina victims without adding any government programs for the volume of people being helped. For that Mike Huckabee was one of five governors TIME MAGAZINE MAN OF THE YEAR.

There is many more things that Mike Huckabee has achieve while governor of arkansas that I could write a book on. That is why I believe that MIKE HUCKABEE IS A REAGAN CONSERVATIVE!!!! Take a second look go to www.mikehuckabee.com on the issues.

Exclusive Interview with Mike Huckabee

Mike Huckabee was the guest of honor Wednesday night, at a dinner at the Visalia Convention Center.

Thursday is the National Day of Prayer. Huckabee is a Baptist minister and the keynote speaker at the mayor's prayer breakfast in Visalia.

In 2008, the former Governor of Arkansas made a run for the White House and almost won the GOP bid. When asked about another run for office, Huckabee said "It's hard to say, I'm not trying to be evasive I just don't know."

When it comes to political issues in the valley, Huckabee does not hold back. "What is that fish we are trying to protect - the Delta Smelt? Why is that more important than a 8-year-old kid that needs food."

As a political commentator, Huckabee says he is happy with life. He has a television show, daily radio commentaries and a new book titled "Do the Right Thing."

Being a Tax Preparer I am in greater support of the Fairtax

I have been enjoying meeting people and helping them as a Professional Tax Preparer for H&R Block this winter/spring. As I see the current confusion and the income tax burden, I am now in greater support of the Fairtax for our Nation.

Again Mike Huckabee says it the best - This was just over a year ago. How I miss his common sense.

Yes I am not a "Conservative", at least one of THEM

Sorry, I have never enjoyed hearing Ann Coulter, for many reason, but also not a fan of Hannity or Rush.

I could not believe that he was going to have Ann Coulter on this program, it did not compute. I have never even heard the things that ANn had said about him until this program.

Saltsman formally jumps into RNC race
Posted: 06:00 PM ET

From

(CNN) — Another Republican on Monday jumped into the race to head the Republican National Committee.

Chip Saltsman, the former head of the Tennessee Republican Party and the former campaign manger of Mike Huckabee's White House bid, said Monday he's best positioned to rebuild the party following its bruising defeats on Election Day.

“As Chairman of the Tennessee Republican Party, campaign manager for a Republican presidential campaign, and business owner, I know how to compete and how to win,” he said. “Our party needs new and energetic leadership to rededicate ourselves to conservative principles, to regain the American voter's trust, and to set the stage for a dramatic turnaround in 2010 and beyond.”

Saltsman faces a long list of challengers: former Maryland Lt. Gov. Michael Steele, South Carolina Republican Party Chairman Katon Dawson, former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, and Michigan Republican Party Chairman Saul Anuzis have already declared they are seeking Duncan's job.

Huckabee book crowd lines up
"As they waited for their turn at the head of the line, many people said they were drawn to Huckabee because he seems honest, genuine and decent. Many said they liked his common-sense approach to politics."
I hope the book tour is extended to the West coast and specifically Reno, NV.
